5. Payments and Refunds

  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

  • Credit packs are non-refundable but never expire

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ListingScrub. Scan results and paste-ready content generated for your URLs belong to you.

  • Scores and recommendations are based on our analysis methodology
  • We are not responsible for how you use the generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

ListingScrub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
